Virtual Tours & Consultations
If you can’t come to Destin, let us bring Destin to you! Most of our consultations start with an email or a phone call. This allows us to get to know you better and what you’re looking for in a full-service wedding vendor. If you’re ready to get started, contact one of our Destin Wedding Planners! We will help you get started in learning more about Destin wedding packages and the most exclusive venues in the area. SunQuest’s Planning Process
Once you’ve secured the date, you’ll be introduced to SunQuest’s planning process. You won’t miss a single detail as you plan your wedding with our streamlined process. Your first step will be to complete an online preliminary questionnaire. This is a great first step so that our planning team can better get to know you and the vision for your event. After that, your wedding planner will send you your next steps – which include curating a preliminary timeline and floorplan for your event. Through email and online consultations, you’ll customize every detail of your event. As the date gets closer, you’ll finalize more items and approve the final touches.
Leading up to the Big Day
It’s the week of your wedding! At this point, you’re probably packing up the car and on your way to Destin, FL! As you come into town, you’ll drop by the SunQuest office to drop off any decor that you need our team to set up for you. This is a great time to finally meet your coordination team in person and to go over any last-minute details!
