What is your favorite wedding venue to work with?

“The SOLARIS yacht, of course! There’s nothing like eating fresh Gulf seafood right on the water.”

Do you have a tradition either before or after events?

“The crew and I love to get a workout in after a long event. We have to stay in shape and using the adrenaline coming out of a big event gets us in the gym every time!”

What is your top wedding trend you hope to see more of this wedding season?

“We’re loving creating chef-attending menu stations. Every wedding has a buffet or plated service. But stations keep the party going and guests up on the dancefloor, knowing there are stations of food all around them to enjoy throughout the night.”
